The mandate of The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), Government of Gujarat Organization is to plan, organize and monitor the Entrepreneurship Development Training Programs. The final outcome is received when the trainee actually starts the business venture. Hence it is essential to focus on hand holding cum mentoring support to the trainees after completion of the training program. Post-training Hand-holding Support (PHS) Cell has been established to concentrate on the above-mentioned issues.

This Post-training Hand-holding Support Guidelines Manual is designed to acquaint with the post training, hand holding & mentoring support activities, documentation, implementation and evaluation process.

Objective of Post-training Hand-holding Support

CED always gives preference to the Post-training Hand-holding Support activities/hand holding support to be made available to the trainees after the completion of training. It is important to keep track of all activities for the business progress for each and every trainee. CED acts as a catalyst for trainee’s personal and professional growth. CED will hire mentors for the hand holding cum counselling support to the entrepreneurs.

Directory of Entrepreneur (DOE) is the vital task in context with the hand holding support. DOE contains the details of entrepreneurs and their enterprises such as their Udyog Aadhar Number/MSME number, GST number, Plant address, Loan details etc.
